The Aquila tent sits on a natural elevation in the escarpment with magnificent views of the surrounding cliffs, the crystal-clear pond in the mountain stream and the forested valley below. Its plunge pool adjoins the deck and overflows with natural earth water fed from a fountain on the high ground, aerated by the waterfall as it runs down the ravine. Furnished as the other deck tents, for two adults, with lounge, dining and kitchen area and an open-plan bathroom. The bedroom has an extra-length king bed with electric blanket and mosquito net, a desk and reading light; heaters, a safe and a hairdryer are standard. Tents are naturally ventilated and electrically heated rather than air-conditioned. Self-catering, with breakfast excluded from the rate.
